1. Pre-Assessment:45 mins
A head to toe assessment to identify any faults / deviation from the normal that could cause the body to malfunction & lead to overloading in certain areas that will cause pain. So back pain can be the symptom but we need to find the dysfunctions that lead to it
2.Training Sessions 1-10
1:1 supervised training sessions:
1 x 45 mins + 9 x 30 mins
Muscle activation & strength
Multi concept programme including breath work, Physio rehab, isolated activation of stabilising muscles, progressive muscle loading, threshold training, Clinical Pilates, multi joint strengthening, multi directional & functional training
Neurological (habit forming & brain to body connection)
Facilitated by: K taping, Vibration exercise machine, EMS machine (electro muscular stimulation) & sensory (hands on) stimulation.

The Assessment
Book & complete your Physio Pre-Assessment, this is a separate payment to the boot camp as not everyone who attends the assessment is appropriate for the course

Booking your sessions
Our On-line system allows you to book all of your sessions - and at times that suit you. Or spk to us to book for you,

Your 10 x 1:1 sessions & availability:
Mon-Friday 10-5.30 (last session at 5)
except Thursdays 12-7.30 (last session at 7)
Payment
Payment is due for the course (£785) once your dates have been booked into the diary. This is a form of consent to attend & the team can start working together to prepare your course and you will receive an invoice
4.Massage: 60 min session
Release work to target stubborn problem areas
5.Posture Fix: 30 min session
1:1 instruction on postural & functional optimisation: static standing posture re-education, work station ergonomics, walk/run/ sport biomechanics. work to target stubborn problem areas
6.Group Class: 55 min session
To try a small group class & see if this is suitable for your maintenance needs
7.Physio re-testing session: 20 min session
Final re-testing
At the end of your course, you will be retested & graded to compare against the measures that were taken at your assessment. We will discuss your initial goals & symptoms.
Maintenance
Continued maintenance pathways to be discussed:
-Home plan
-Weekly group class of conditioning/ Pilates class with us or elsewhere
-A gym programme
8.Supplements
Pre-session stretch
Independent stretching sessions (pre-session in the studio). Included
Compression legs
Independent time using compression therapy to relieve tightness. Included.
Physiotherapy release sessions: Optional (paid)
